   Anyone suffering from depression knows just how hard it is to connect with what you love and experience pleasure and satisfaction in daily life.  In this module, you get a distillation of the knowledge and strategies you need to start on your way to creating a life of meaning and purpose.  The information here will surprise you and get you thinking from a different perspective.  You will discover how to tap into your intuition and imagination to create the end results you desire.  You will be stimulated and engaged into developing an alternative structure in your life, one based on your heart and not your ego.  The following formats are available:

The Inner Critic Therapy

   Anyone who has experienced depression will understand the impact of constant negative, harsh self-criticism.  To be free of that nagging inner voice would bring fast relief from depression for most sufferers.  In the Inner Critic Therapy module, you will discover what the Inner Critic is, how it works, why it's there in the first place and what you can do to free yourself from its powerful grip.  You get all the strategies you need to give you relief - the rest is just discipline and practice.  To maximise your learning, the following formats are available:

Mindfulness Therapy

   Mindfulness is a state of relaxed and alert attention on the present moment.  It involves focusing just on what’s happening now.  Deep mindfulness is an altered state of consciousness in which everything slows right down, allowing a heightened awareness of the present moment.  Mindfulness is the most important skill you need to access deep into the unconscious mind so as to transform and release the emotional pain that's been holding you hostage for years.  It's the next step in freeing yourself from depression.  To maximise your learning, the following formats are available:

1.  Mindfulness Video Presentation (MP4) - a full 50 minute therapy session, with all the education and informational content you get in a genuine, one-on-one session with me

2.  Mindfulness Audio Therapy Session (MP3) - same information as the video format, but in audio so you can replay it over and over again on your iPod or in your car

3.  Mindfulness Session - for you to have an actual, embodied experience of mindfulness.  You can use this over and over again, independently of the other material
