- Connection to others
- Autonomy (independence)
- Self-esteem
- Competence (how well you function in your work and relationships)
- Purpose
- Connection to your body
- Connection to nature
- Spirituality / sense of a higher purpose and being
Therapy involves these seven steps for a depression-free life and creating your own environment:
- Identify and counteract negative thinking patterns and recognise how your habitual self-defeating patterns show up day to day. Learn make choices that counter the inner critic or saboteur (See chapter 4 on: “How to Change Negative Thinking Patterns”).
- Reconnect to your body
- Create healing relationships
- Elevate your self-esteem
- Uncover your competence
- Access the power of shared purpose
- Deepen your relationship to Divinity or Spirit.
