Did you know how easy it is to book a session online? Now I know that not everyone is technology minded, so I have created this video just for you, to show you how, step by step:
There are huge advantages for you in booking and paying online:
1. Available 24/7 - it's so convenient!
2. No more playing "phone tag" and having the frustration of never knowing when you'll actually get hold of me on the phone
3. Peruse the available appointment times at your leisure and choose which one suits you best
4. No waiting lists, you can usually book a session for within 2 weeks and often sooner!
5. PayPal is a secure payment system, like your own bank. When you pay using PayPal, your credit card details remain with PayPal and not with Henshaw Consulting. Many internet businesses use PayPal for convenience, meaning that once you set up a PayPal account, you can purchases goods and services from thousands of websites without having to reenter your credit card details every time.

(From 10th February 2010):
- 50 minute psychotherapy session: $190*
- Online Therapy Program, Monthly Membership: $97
- Premium Online Therapy Program, Monthly Membership: $297
*Please note that the Australian Psychological Society's recommended fee for a 50 minute psychotherapy session is now $218. Payments are to be made on the day. I do not offer accounts unless under prior arrangements.
Henshaw Consulting accepts all Mastercard and Visa credit cards (not American Express or Diners Club). An EFTPOS facility is available for savings, cheque or credit accounts on the premises. For security reasons I prefer EFTPOS transactions over cash payments. I do not accept cheques. Credit card payments can also be made over the phone.
