How do we do this?

First we conduct an assessment of your needs so we can tailor a plan to suit your organisation.  This could range from one meeting to several indepth interviews with all stakeholders before collating the information gathered and formulating a plan that addresses the major issues.  Subsequently we offer training to teams within your workplace covering issues such as team building, communication, creativity, self-awareness, vocation and purpose or other psychological issues. 

The training modules range from a half day to several full days, depending on your needs.  All of our sessions are fun and interactive.  We emphasise the acquisition of knowledge experientially rather than through a "talk and chalk" format as we believe that the enjoyment of active engagement is conducive to deeper, more sustained learning.  We also monitor participants' progress and provide follow-up services on an as-needs basis.
